Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns unless the flowers are found to be defective or not as described at the point of delivery. Refunds will be made to the original payment method and may take up to 7 working days to process. Refunds and replacements are not available for issues arising from incorrect handling, storage, or care instructions not being followed after delivery.
